HELLO, 2018 - THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT

These past few months have been a whirlwind, to say the very least. 2017 had it's fair share of ups, downs, and in-betweens - but the process made me smarter, stronger, and more determined to succeed. After all, the one who falls and gets back up is much stronger than the one who never fell. Falling was important, but so was standing up. I'm glad I stood up.

If you haven't heard the news, or happen to live under a rock, Leguminati has teamed up with Foxtail Coffee Co. to open our vegan eatery in Orlando's Hourglass District (2401 Curry Ford Road, just East of Bumby Ave). The coffee giant is in the process of opening multiple stores throughout Central Florida, and we're thrilled to collaborate with them at the Hourglass location as they continue to grow. They are a truly inspiring bunch, and we're blessed to be in such great company.

As we transition from a mobile concept to a permanent storefront, we have decided to slow down on pop-ups to focus our time and energy on custom caterings, a merch campaign, and opening our very first brick and mortar location! I encourage you to subscribe to our newsletter (below) to stay up to date as things progress. I've got a lot of exciting projects up my sleeve, and I'd hate for you to miss out!
